If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer the following easy return policy. We will gladly offer an in-store credit on your retail purchase within 11 days. Original receipt and a valid government issued photo identification is required. Products must be unopened and in it’s original packaging.
WE DO NOT offer returns on sale items or seasonal items.
What if I don’t have a receipt?
Make sure you have created an account with us, so we will be able to track your purchases and find your receipt. A valid government issued photo identification must be provided, and any refunds given will be in the form of in-store credit. Returns may be limited or declined, at our discretion.
During holiday season, our return policy will be extended to 30 days from date of purchase and will be honoured with the gift receipt. Same exclusions apply.
