Policies

  • Please arrive ON TIME for your scheduled appointment. New clients please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to complete paperwork.

  • For lash appointments please arrive mascara-free or cleansing will take more time away from lashes being applied. Please read the "pre-appointment prep" and be prepared for your scheduled appointment.

  • We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment please do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

  • If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, a fee of 25% of the appointment value will be charged.

  • If an appointment is a no-show, a fee of 50% of the appointment value will be charged.

  • If more than 20 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee the full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving 20 minutes late will most likely be rescheduled and will require a new appointment. There will be a 25% charge for the missed appointment.

Return Policy

  • If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer the following easy return policy. We will gladly offer an in-store credit on your retail purchase within 11 days. Original receipt and a valid government issued photo identification is required. Products must be unopened and in it’s original packaging.

 

  • WE DO NOT offer returns on sale items or seasonal items.

 

  • What if I don’t have a receipt? Make sure you have created an account with us, so we will be able to track your purchases and find your receipt. A valid government issued photo identification must be provided, and any refunds given will be in the form of in-store credit. Returns may be limited or declined, at our discretion.

 

  • During holiday season, our return policy will be extended to 30 days from date of purchase and will be honoured with the gift receipt. Same exclusions apply.
